Tourist Trophy 2019: Paton, Queen of the Island!

For the third time in a row, Paton wins in the most demanding road race in the world!

Michael Dunlop, the racer from Northern Ireland, wins the Tourist Trophy for the second time in a row on a Paton, after a great battle for first place.

Michael Dunlop and Paton SC-Project win Lightweight TT 2019

The third victory in a row for Paton SC-Project in the hard-fought Lightweight category, after the triumphs of 2017 and 2018 on the Isle of Man! It’s the 19th victory in the most world-famous TT for the British rider, winner in front of Coward (only 1.299’’ of detachment) and Johnston, and it’s the 50th victory of the legendary Dunlop family. Great 6th place for Stefano Bonetti, with the other Paton SC-Project, who started amazingly the race and was staying much time in the first three places, but he wasn’t surely helped by the bad weather that caused some problems to the race and the organisers were forced to make the race last only two laps instead of the usual four.

The arrival order of every Paton S1-R presented at the race, is another good example of the reliability of the Italian project.
